I CONSTITUTION AND PURPOSE
The Producers Association of Jaíba’s Lime, located on the Road MG, 401C2 KM 40, Jaíba’s Project / MG, began its commercial activities (14/08/2004) constituted as a legal entity of private rights non-profit and lasting indefinitely .This association was initially composed of 12 members among these 10 producers associates and 02 cooperating associates (collaborators on the volume of fruit). Aiming to deliver lime products in order to promote the social economic development and sustainable of its members through organized marketing of the product in domestic and foreign markets.

II PRODUCTION AND HARVEST
Since its establishment, the process of production and harvesting has been the entirely responsibility of the producer, however in the last 05 months due to a growing concern in improving the percentage of fruit quality was hired a technical service assistance of an Agronomist Engineer that has done a field monitoring to all the members. This collective assistance coupled primarily to the individual effort of each member has been reflected in a significant improvement of the numbers and uniformity of harvest.

II SELECTION AND CLASSIFICATION
The selection and classification of the commercialized Lime is a collective responsibility and executed through a structure that currently consists of an office, "Packing - House " of 2400 M2 which includes the operation of 01 selected machine of being a heritage legacy of that association. The criteria for selection and classification are set by the market and therefore from the trade that mainly concern about the caliber, hue, degree of maturity of the fruit and absence of disease.

IV MARKETING
